How long we keep information

We only retain data for as long as is reasonably necessary. Under the terms of GDPR you can request that we remove and delete your data, however please note that we will need to retain your data such as name and email address so that you can access your online purchases such as on-demand streaming video courses, so if we remove your data you may lose access to the customer hub and your online purchases.  (Downloadable purchases such as eBooks and guides will not be affected by this).

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
